Returns Policy

United Kingdom Returns

In accordance with the UK law, you have 28 days from the day you receive your goods to decide if you would like to return your items to us for a refund.

To start the refund process, we please ask you  contact us at luke@trevill.co.uk prior to returning anything.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need some form of proof of purchase. 

If you have changed your mind:

  • The items would need to be returned in the same condition that they were sent in, in a resalable condition. 

  • The cost of return is the responsibility of the purchaser, not Trevill Design, unless:

If there is a manufacturing default:

  • Please contact Trevill Design with your Order Number and any images that may help us determine the default.

  • We will then ask you let us fix this for you. We would have a number of ways to do this, including issuing a new item to be sent to you. This will be determined by us.

  • If we require the defected item to be sent back, we will refund the cost of delivery upon receipt of the item. The cheapest cost method of delivery will be calculated.

Before sending something back:

  • Please contact us prior to sending anything back to us, just so we can prepare and/or help fix any issues there may be.

Exceptions:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned such as our custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

International Returns

Due to the complex nature of returning items through international boarders, please contact us before sending any items back to us.

If any item is sent back before contact, we will not be liable for any return delivery costs.

 

Processing Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
